Enzo's photoshoot

My BFF Andrea did a photo shoot for Enzo when he was 5 weeks old. He wasn't cooperating very well that day, but I still think they turned out cute. He has changed so much since this shoot, we need to do another!

2 months!

Enzo turned 2 months old yesterday. I didn't take a good picture of him so this will have to suffice(ignore my roots in this picture!)

Bumbo fun?

2 month stats: ?
Enzo has his 2 month appointment on Tuesday so I will update then.

Likes: Eating
sleeping on Mommy
using his hands
nursing(hooray!)
smiling
talking
baths
standing and jumping with help

Dislikes:
Sleeping long stretches

Enzo is more aware of his surroundings and is interacting with Mommy and Daddy more each day. He is starting to sleep for longer stretches, but is still inconsistent. Some evenings he is fussy and needs to be rocked, but the fussiness usually doesn't last for long. Enzo can hold his head up pretty well now. He can sit in the bumbo for a few minutes at a time before he gets slumpy. Mommy and Daddy love him more and more each day!

6 weeks

This chunky monkey is 6 weeks old today. Official stats:

10 lbs 2 oz
21.5 in

Enzo is growing out of his newborn clothes and diapers. He can still fit in them, but things are getting a bit snug. I am officially diabetes free(until my next pregnancy), and I have 2 more weeks until I go back to work. I am walking everyday to get my strength back up. Standing all day long is not something I look forward to, although it will be nice to have adult interaction. Also, once I'm not sitting on the couch all day, hopefully my pre-pregnancy body will have a hope of coming back. I am not enjoying the Mommy pooch that makes me look like I am 4 months pregnant. I am at 118, which isn't bad. I was 105 at my normal weight. I don't need to be that small again, but regaining some muscle tone would be nice. Also, dressing this postpartum body is not my idea of fun. Although my pre-pregnancy shirts may fit, they are not the most flattering.
