Easter 2008

Me and Harley. I really want a kitty now!

Harley, Zoey (1 1/2), and me. Zoey kept on saying Cat, Cat, Cat. It was sooo cute!

Tami & Me. I had to take my shoes off so I wouldn't look like a giant!

Ma and Pa Johnson

Me and Jeremy. This was the best I could get out of him. We had brunch at his parents, and dinner at my parents. It was a day full of food!

Our land!

These are pics of the land where our brand new house will be built. No construction yet, the permits should be approved any day. We are at the end of a court with a walkway between us and the next house. We can't wait until they start!

Tag!!! I'm it!!!

10 Years ago: I was 16 and a Jr. at Sac High. I was just about to get my braces off! Ballet and Color Guard consumed a lot of my time. I didn't work at Vic's yet(I started that June), but I often babysat. I was very happy and carefree at this time!

5 Things on my to-do list for today: I will give you tomorrows list since it is late. 1)Go to the bank. 2)Go to Taco Bell (it is my saturday ritual, a reward for a hard weeks work.) 3)Email my hostess club. 4) Place a CTMH order. 5)Clean house

4 Things I would do If I Became a billionaire: 1) Quit my job!!! That is definitely #1. 2)Have 4 kids, because money wouldn't be a big issue. 3)Set up trust funds for the kids, so they will always be taken care of. 4)Open my own preschool, not a daycare, a preschool. It would be a 3 hour program, not all day.So it really would be about fun and learning, not about being babysat.

3 of my bad habits: 1) Nagging. 2) Spending too much time on the internet 3)Procrastination
(I learned it from my mom!)

5 places I've lived: 1)Rosemont (Sac, CA with my parents). 2) 3 apartments in Sac with different roommates. 3) Wheatland, CA. 4)Natomas, CA. 5)Soon to be Roseville, CA.

5 jobs I've had: 1)Babysitting. 2)Vic's (courtesy clerk, General Clerk, Apprentice Clerk, Journeyman Clerk, and finally Head Clerk). 3) volunteer at ARC Children's Center. 4)volunteer at Sac State Children Center. 5) Close To My Heart Consultant.

Things that most people don't know about me: I don't know. I think I am an open book. I have a big mouth, so most people know whats on my mind, of anything exciting that I have done.

I Tag, Jennifer Hasleton!

One year anniverary - 2007

Since we just started this blog, we are posting old pictures as well as new ones. This picture was taken May 27 2007 on our 1 year anniversary. It is hard to believe we are now almost at 2 years! We have had a lot of fun and look forward to starting the next chapter in our lives - being homeowners! We went to the design center today and picked out all the colors for our house, tile, carpet, cabinets, countertops, etc. We had so much fun designing, we can't wait til we see the results. Hurry up August!

Michelle's Texas - Trip September 2007

I went to Texas in September to help Anne with Jocelyn so she could bond with her new baby Charlotte. While I was there, we took Jocelyn to get her first haircut and styling! She was sooo good for the stylist!

Jasen and Michelle

I can't have my nieces without a pic of my nephew Jasen (5 yrs). This picture was taken on Halloween 2007. We were celebrating my birthday before it was time for trick or treating! Too bad his eyes were closed!

Charlotte!

I can't post a picture of Jocelyn without posting a picture of Charlotte! The first pic is Charlotte with her beautiful mommy Anne. The second is Char with Grandpa! - my dad. She is such a fun happy baby who is a great addition to the family.

Jocelyn and Michelle

This is an old picture of Jocelyn and me at my cousin Paul's wedding reception, May 2006. We were blowing the flowers in the spa. So sweet! Jocelyn was only 1-1/2 at the time. My SIL Erin sketched the picture in 2007.

One of my creations

I am big in to paper crafting, card making, and scrapbooking, so I wanted to post something that I designed. Here is a tag book I made May 2007.
