It is from Shabby Apple. I've wanted this dress since I first saw it a year ago. Right now, Shabby Apple is having a summer sale, 20% off most clothing. Do you think I will be able to convince Jeremy that I need it? Probably not, especially since Furloughs are back thanks to the wonderful Governator! A girl can always hope.
